During the course we will learn the basic postures, breathing practices,
meditation and we will have a deep relaxation time in each session.
Preparations:
Finish eating at least two
hours ahead of the class. Wear loose comfortable clothing that does not restrict
movement or circulation, and please remove watches and jewellery. Bring a Yoga
mat or large towel if you have one.
Contraindications:
If
you are pregnant, if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, if you have had recent surgery (less than 6 weeks)
this class is not appropriate for you. Please discuss any other concerns with
Lalita prior to the class.
Rewards:
To experience the benefits of Hatha Yoga, practice at least one pose every
day.
