DETAILS: Thursday evening 8pm, beginning September 19th. For six weeks.
This is an introductory course in meditation, suitable for complete beginners as well as those who wish to
expand their practice. Every week you will learn a new technique for meditation, such that you can practice the technique
during the following week. At the end of the course you will have learned six individual meditation techniques, and you can
choose the one which works best for you. Our instruction is based on the teachings of H.H. Sri Swami Satchidananda Maharaj.

practice.
• Developing a personal practice
routine.
• Integrating your meditation
practice into daily life.
COST: $81, Pre-registration
required. Please bring a cushion for sitting. If you are not able to sit on the floor, there will be chairs to sit on as well.
